Riggers

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: Riggers attach loads to lifting equipment using slings, shackles, and chains ensuring safe movement of materials. Key Responsibilities: - Select gear (slings, shackles) as directed by Foreman. - Attach loads to crane hooks safely. - Use tag lines to control load rotation. - Properly store rigging gear after use. - Watch for overhead obstructions. Required Qualifications: - SSCE/WAEC. - Trade Test I, II, III. Professional Certifications & Licenses - Basic Rigger Training (OPITO Level 1 desirable). Experience: Requirements - Minimum 2-3 years experience. Technical Skills & Competencies - Knot tying. - Team coordination. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Adherence to safety instructions. Working Conditions - Outdoors, hazardous environment. Physical Requirements - Heavy lifting and pulling.
