About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. You will manage and supervise all rider operations for the delivery service, overseeing performance, recruitment, training, and operational standards to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee rider performance and monitor key performance metrics
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate team members
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and service quality
• Resolve rider-related issues and concerns promptly
• Implement operational improvements and best practices
• Collaborate with the management team to align operations with company goals
• Track performance using relevant tools and techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, and rider coordination
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to train, evaluate, and motivate team members
• Proficiency with performance tracking tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
