QUOTATION FOR THE PROVISION OF OFFICE SECURITY GUARDS SERVICE  As part of JSI's support for RI (Routine Immunization), HPV, NTD, and other projects in Nigeria, JSI is requesting quotes from suitably qualified security service providers for the provision of security guard services for 1 year.  In line with the above, we are inviting prospective security companies/vendors to submit their quotations for the provision/supply of security service as stated in the table below: SECURITY GUARDS SERVICE  S/N0. Description  Specification  Quantity Frequency   Cost per unit 1. Security Guard    Outside services 3 Guards Recurring monthly for 12 months N SERVICE DELIVERY LOCATIONS:   Abuja.  REQUIREMENT / EVALUATION CRITERIA: Applicants / Bidders are expected to submit a properly signed financial bid/ quotation with the company’s letterhead paper - Cost per unit - Bank Details - Validity period of the quote - Specification/proof of license to operate(evidence of registration with authourized government agencies) - Past experience(evidence) - Attach evidence of registration and permit from NSCDC and any relevant regulatory agency. - Type of training to be provided for all guards and frequency - Working Items and Equipment/registers to provide to guards and frequency - Describe the monitoring plan of guards in detail - In case of emergency, who to contact? - Ensure no guard received less than Nigeria's minimum wage. (But reasonable) Note:  The Financial bids must be in NGN  In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incorporated (JSI) will deduct a 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum. Also note that JSI and VAT were applicable. - JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if they fail to meet the criteria or are submitted after the stipulated closing date. - Only successful bidder (s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc.
