Position Overview:
- A4&T Power Solutions is looking for a well-rounded and driven Revenue Optimisation Manager who will lead efforts to maximise all revenue streams across A4&T Power Solutions’ portfolio, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), energy sales, operations & maintenance (O&M) contracts, and value-added services. This role combines commercial acumen, financial analysis, and strategic insight to ensure sustainable cash flow, profitability, and growth.
- Successful Candidate will lead the development and execution of revenue-driving strategies across the company’s product and service portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pricing, margin improvement, sales channel performance, financial forecasting, and identifying opportunities that enhance overall commercial growth in the renewable energy market.
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across all business units
- Design and maintain pricing models, tariff structures, and commercial frameworks
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support commercial decisions
- Work with sales teams to enforce pricing discipline and optimise channel performance
- Evaluate profitability across solar products, EPC projects, EaaS offerings, and subscription packages
- Perform financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis to guide leadership decisions
- Support tender preparation, bid pricing, and contract negotiations, including PPAs and lease-to-own models
- Monitor revenue KPIs, track sales funnel efficiency, and identify revenue leakages
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance revenue reporting and assurance
- Prepare business insights, dashboards, and management reports for senior executives
- Design and implement strategies to maximise revenue across all energy projects and service offerings
- Establish and refine pricing models for energy sales, PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements), and value-added services
- Review, negotiate, and optimise contracts to ensure favourable revenue terms and risk mitigation
- Prepare accurate short-term and long-term revenue forecasts to guide business planning
- Analyse revenue streams, margins, and project performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Track revenue performance and provide regular reports and dashboards to senior management
