## Title: Revenue Generation Officer

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive revenue generation and business development. This position is based in Mabushi, Abuja (FCT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout for new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and client engagements to expand the company's portfolio
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients while delivering superior customer service
  • Oversee revenue-related processes including client onboarding, issuance of demand notices, premises inspections, and certifications
  • Conduct presentations, negotiate settlements, administer recovery actions, and follow up to ensure timely closure of transactions
  • Ensure all revenue operations adhere to regulatory frameworks and company policies to minimize exposure to risks
  • Maintain and update billing and revenue collection databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Address client inquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally
  • Identify upselling opportunities and maximize recoveries from existing clients
  • Generate new business through referrals and networking
  • Maintain detailed transaction records and prepare financial and revenue reports
  • Guarantee that all revenue-generating transactions are finalized within a 20-day timeframe
  • Stay abreast of local government regulations, industry best practices, and evolving revenue mobilization strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in revenue mobilization
  • Prior work experience in a Microfinance Bank (minimum 3 years) is highly desirable
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue targets and close transactions
