Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques. - Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty. - Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines within the store. - Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and promptly communicate restocking needs. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance. - Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns. - Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall store KPIs. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, product lines, and competitor activities. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of cognate sales experience. - Experience in a structured retail environment will be an added advantage. - Strong passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic retail POS systems. - Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
