Retail Sales Associate - Warri at Timekeepers International Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Warri. This position involves attending to customers and clients while promoting sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Address inquiries about the company and its products positively and effectively
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure maximum market penetration
• Serve walk-in buyers and convert them into return customers through cordial, efficient, and effective customer relations
• Represent the company's interests professionally both during and outside working hours
• Stay current with information about brands and products sold
• Perform merchandising duties
• Prepare weekly reports and provide after-sales service
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND qualification
• Completion of the mandatory NYSC program or exemption letter
• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility to work effectively in supervisor and negotiator roles
• Good knowledge of the retail market and environment
• Experience in retail sales (highly desirable)
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent capacity for persuasion and negotiation
• Basic knowledge and use of computer and Microsoft applications
• Must reside in or around Warri

Working Conditions

This position requires long hours of standing.
