## Title: Retail Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Retail Manager to lead our stores with excellence and distinction. In this role, you will oversee daily operations while ensuring seamless execution of our brand promise of quiet luxury and impeccable service. You will blend leadership, sales strategy, and operational excellence to foster a motivated team and curate memorable, deeply personal client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of stores, ensuring consistent service and brand standards
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and reporting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, nurturing top clients and identifying opportunities for clienteling initiatives
- Collaborate with management on marketing activations, private events, and seasonal promotions
- Manage inventory and stock transfers between branches; conduct monthly stock audits
- Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews for retail staff
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and brand-appropriate discretion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related discipline
- 4–6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Preferably experience in luxury, lifestyle, or home-interior brands
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple retail locations
