Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.  Responsibilities  - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our pieces, accessories, and the upcoming clothing line - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance goals - Manage wholesale, retail, and Business to Business( B2B) sales relationships, including boutiques, distributors, and key accounts - Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand brand presence - Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to align sales strategies with product launches and brand positioning - Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, providing regular performance analysis to senior management - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform pricing and product strategies - Ensure brand standards and luxury service excellence are maintained across all sales channels - Support the launch of new collections, including sales planning and training. Requirements: - Candidates should possess an HND in any relevant field with 2 - 10 years of relevant work experience
