Job Summary

We are recruiting an experienced Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our retail LPG station. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales activities, effective staff supervision, compliance with safety standards, and achievement of business targets.

Berger - Olowora, Lagos, Magboro

Key Responsibilities

• Lead station operations to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Manage product sourcing, inventory, and supply chain to prevent stockouts
• Monitor and optimize daily operations for efficiency and profitability
• Develop and manage station budgets, cash flow, and cost-saving initiatives
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff for peak performance
• Prepare and present regular sales, financial, and operational reports to management

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Management, or related field
• 2–4 years' experience supervising a retail outlet (oil & gas industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and inventory control
• High integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation
