An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • The Retail Artist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the overall customer experience at House of Tara International.
  • The role requires expert knowledge of makeup artistry, product application, and the ability to engage customers through consultations and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Actively promote products, cross-sell, and upsell to maximize revenue.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs.
Customer Experience:
  • Deliver outstanding service by greeting, assisting, and consulting customers professionally.
  • Conduct makeup demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
Inventory Management:
  • Ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks and audits.
  • Report low-stock items to the Store Manager for timely replenishment.
  • Minimize wastage by monitoring product expiration dates and usage patterns.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on all product lines, including features, benefits, and usage techniques.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Educate customers on new arrivals, promotions, and offers.
Visual Merchandising:
  • Maintain an appealing store layout and product displays to attract customers.
  • Implement seasonal or promotional themes to boost product visibility.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with beauty influencers and industry professionals for events.
  • Actively participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher.
  • Reduction in product wastage and stock variances.
  • Attendance and performance in training programs.
  • Successful execution of visual merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Makeup Artistry or related field.
