Restaurant Production Supervisor at Bukka Hospitality Limited (Bukka Hut)

An established company is recruiting for the following position.   Responsibilities - Carry out effective supervision of all production process in line with cGMP or standard requirements. - Plan and execute production activities to meet the target are met in volume. - Ensure wastages are reduced to the barest minimum percentage set by the management. - Carry out proper checks on all supplies i.e raw materials e.t.c to ensure they meet the specification given. - Carry our regular stock inventory to prevent stock out. - Give regular production report to the line Manager e.t.c. Requirements - OND / HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Food Technology or related field. - Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity. - Must have experience in food production. - Ability to co-ordinate production process without supervision. - Ability to forecast production trends. - Attention to details. - Candidates must reside within yaba and its environs.
