About the Position

An established company is recruiting for a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations while driving sales growth and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Manage daily front and back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, shift organization, and performance evaluation
• Oversee the entire business operations to maintain lean and efficient processes
• Provide hands-on kitchen management
• Maintain knowledge of recipe documentation
• Lead products research and development initiatives

Customer Service

• Manage customer satisfaction through right product delivery, on-time delivery, correct quantity, and competitive delivery costs
• Liaise with sales team members on customer orders, interfacing between clients and the company
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships with the organization, existing, and potential customers

Sales and Revenue

• Handle online orders and deliveries through e-commerce platforms
• Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for the online store
• Create and execute strategies for increased sales, including cross-sell and upsell of all products and services (in-house and online) to current and potential customers

E-commerce Integration

• Manage online orders, order status updates, order processing tags, and delivery logistics through e-commerce platforms
• Oversee related e-commerce operations

Staff Management

• Train, motivate, and manage production staff to ensure knowledge and efficiency

Inventory and Cost Control

• Monitor inventory levels and manage costs
• Handle procurement of supplies

Quality Control

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall restaurant presentation

Reporting

• Demonstrate basic accounting skills and in-depth knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) processes
• Prepare and generate regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, income statements, and other key performance indicators
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
