Restaurant Manager

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards. - Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline. - Drive sales , and improve overall outlet profitability. - Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor inventory levels and liaise with store teams. - Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet service and performance standards. - Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports. - Enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times. Requirements: - 3–5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a QSR environment. - Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced food operations. - Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational controls. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Must reside within Lekki or its environs.
