This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Position Overview: - The responsibility of this role is to warmly receive and to open the door for our customers. It also includes cleaning the table immediately after each use by customers and ensuring that flies do not exist in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: - Cheerfully welcomes the customer as they walk in to get their order with appropriate professional greeting. - Open the door for the customers. - Clean the tables immediately after each use and pack the plates off to the back area for washing. - Ensure that no flies are flying around the restaurant. - Any other tasks as assigned from time to time. Key Performance Indicators (KPIS) - Customer delight and feedback. - Appropriate response to customer enquiries and requests. - Cheerful disposition towards all customers. - Strong professional approach to work. - Cleanliness of the service tables. - Absence of flies in the restaurant area at all times. - Adherence to the company rules, regulations, policies and procedures. - Alignment with the company culture and specific ways of doing things. Requirements: - SSCE / OND Degree or equivalent. - 1 - 2 years of relevant and progressive experience. - Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills. - Must be organized and punctual. - Well-presented and professional. - Strong physical fitness and the ability to be on feet and concentrate for long periods of time. Competence Required; Skills: Good Communication Skills. - Good manners/etiquette. - Analytical and problem solver. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge: - Food Industry trends. - Health, Safety and Environment regulations for restaurants.
