Residential Electrical Technician

Position Overview: - We are seeking experienced, disciplined, and technically sound professionals to join our construction and operations team. - Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in property development and large-scale construction projects, particularly those who have worked with reputable firms such as ITB Nigeria Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Cappa & D’Alberto Plc, Vita Construction Limited, CCECC, or similar organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residentialfacilities. - Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure prompt resolution - Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations - Support testing and commissioning of electrical installations - Maintain records of electrical works and maintenance Requirements: - OND/Trade Test/Technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field - Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience. - Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems - Experience working on real estate or large construction sites preferred - Ability to work with minimal supervision.
