About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Residential Chef to join our team at a leading oil & gas company in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services for our residential facilities, managing all aspects of meal preparation, planning, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residential household
• Plan menus according to dietary preferences and nutritional requirements
• Manage grocery shopping and food procurement
• Prepare ingredients and meals in advance as needed
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
• Manage time effectively to prepare meals punctually
• Maintain food inventory and stock levels
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding menus and dietary requirements
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and discretion

Required Qualifications

• Professional culinary training or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a residential or personal chef
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
