Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
• Implement operational policies and service standards
• Handle guest complaints and special requests
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Monitor budgets, occupancy, and service quality

Education & Experience

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 8–10 years' progressive experience in hotel management
• At least 3 years as Assistant Manager or Resident Manager in a 4- or 5-star property

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of hotel software and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and service excellence
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation
