Research Associate

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - This role supports mDoc’s research and evidence-generation efforts across digital health and chronic disease care. Key Responsibilities: - Support research protocols, ethics (IRB submissions), and high-quality data collection - Contribute to academic publications, conference abstracts, and literature reviews - Work cross-functionally with clinical, coaching, data, ML, and tech teams - Translate research findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders - Support project management and research timelines Requirements: - Master’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Health Informatics, or related field - 1–3 years of research experience (digital health experience is a plus) - Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills - Excellent scientific writing and communication skills - Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment - Experience using AI tools for research and productivity is an advantage
