Job description
The Relationship Offier will handle the following Responsibilities
- Supervision of customer’s enquires
- Supervision & Sales of VITEL WIRELESS sim cards/Airtime/Data
- Supervision of Sim cards activation on KYC app
- Supervision & Sales of VITEL WIRELESS Routers and Mifis
- Activation of Mobile Agents, Supervise & work closely with the mobile agents to monitor their performances
- Repond to Mobile Agent’s issues and escalate same to the Management and VITEL WIRELESS team where necessary.
