## Title: Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our expanding team at Trovest Capital Partners. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze client portfolios and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality financial products and services
  • Meet revenue targets and drive client acquisition
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries
  • Actively participate in business development activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge in Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and/or Consumer Lending

Required Skills
