Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and advisory support.
- Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and increase revenue.
- Market the organization’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Promote investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, structured products, and discretionary mandates.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant and progressive experience.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
- Strong business ethics.
