Registrar

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements: ; - A good first degree from a recognized university; a higher degree is an added advantage. - Membership of a recognized professional body in governance, administration, law, management, or a related field. - Minimum of 15 years cognate experience, with at least 5 years at senior management or executive level. - Proven experience in regulatory administration, professional services, or institutional management. - Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including CAMA 2020 and the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance (NCCG). - Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and stakeholder engagement. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment. Key Responsibilities: ; - Oversee regulatory functions, including registration and professional standards. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance codes (including CAMA 2020 and NCCG). - Coordinate professional education, training, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes. - Advise the Board/Council on corporate governance best practices - Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the organization at official engagements.
