Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing nursing assessments - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans - Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures - Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques - Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing - Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices - Valid nursing license from the Nigerian Nursing and Midwifery Council - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks - Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
