Registered Industrial Nurse at Proforce Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Industrial Nurse to provide on-site occupational health services at our manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for employee health care, emergency response, compliance with statutory health requirements, and promotion of a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, emergency care, and routine medical support to employees
• Manage occupational health programs including health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and medical examinations
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist in emergency preparedness, accident response, and incident investigations
• Support health awareness initiatives and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with statutory health and occupational safety regulations
• Coordinate with external medical providers, hospitals, and regulatory authorities as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Valid registration with the relevant Nursing Council
• Certification or training in Industrial/Occupational Health Nursing (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or occupational health setting (freshers may be considered)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong emergency response and first-aid skills
• Knowledge of occupational health, industrial hazards, and workplace safety
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts and handle medical emergencies calmly
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical documentation
