## Title: Regional Sales Manager (FMCG)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage distributor and sales team operations across the Kano region. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, commercially savvy, and capable of delivering sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Manage, motivate, and supervise sales teams and distributors within the region
  • Expand market penetration and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all channels
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support regional initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience with proven FMCG industry exposure
  • Prior experience managing regional sales operations and teams
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Kano and Northern Nigeria market (added advantage)
  • Ability to resume work immediately

Compensation

N400,000 monthly and above, commensurate with experience.
