## Title: Regional Sales Manager (FMCG)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage distributor and sales team operations across the Kano region. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, commercially savvy, and capable of delivering sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
- Manage, motivate, and supervise sales teams and distributors within the region
- Expand market penetration and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all channels
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support regional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience with proven FMCG industry exposure
- Prior experience managing regional sales operations and teams
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Kano and Northern Nigeria market (added advantage)
- Ability to resume work immediately
Compensation
N400,000 monthly and above, commensurate with experience.
