## Title: Regional Sales Manager – Cybersecurity & ICT Solutions

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within the cybersecurity and technology sector. You will drive revenue expansion across the Southern region through strategic sales leadership and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and market share within the Southern region through effective sales leadership and strategic business development
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets in cybersecurity and ICT solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver on sales goals and KPIs
  • Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Marketing teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients
  • Analyze regional market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and forecasts
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and performance reviews for senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in ICT or Cybersecurity Sales
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or regional leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and enterprise IT solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for regional growth
  • Age: 35–45 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Sales, ITIL, or OEM-related fields
