## Title: Regional Sales Manager – Blood Glucose Meter

About the Role

Join ERS Nigeria Limited as a Regional Sales Manager and lead sales operations for our blood glucose meter products across Lagos and the broader region. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, build customer relationships, and advance your career in the medical device industry.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Pursue and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Grow sales revenue and market share across all assigned regions
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow through on prospects
  • Monitor changes in the economic and business environment to identify necessary business model adjustments
  • Analyze market trends and recommend strategic changes based on data and feedback
  • Protect and enhance company image through all sales and marketing activities
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts on a periodic basis and develop strategies to achieve targets

Customer and Relationship Management Responsibilities

  • Foster a customer-centric organizational culture through teamwork and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Champion the development and implementation of customer satisfaction and retention initiatives in line with organizational strategy
  • Monitor effectiveness of customer initiatives and make periodic recommendations for improvement
  • Manage key customer relationships and account oversight
  • Develop, support, and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, local communities, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure timely product delivery, installation, training, and commissioning

Financial Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all outstanding payments and ensure full and timely collection of sales revenue
  • Complete and maintain all required reports in the ERP/CRM system and other required platforms

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the sale of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) devices, specifically blood glucose meters
