## Title: Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos Island. As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, meet sales targets, and manage the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage regional sales operations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and prepare sales reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in market analysis and sales forecasting
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the telecommunications or internet services industry
