About the Role
Oakleaf Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Lagos region. This role offers the opportunity to drive regional growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and contribute to the company's strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales goals
- Manage and lead a sales team to maximize revenue and exceed corporate-set targets
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
- Coach sales personnel on selling techniques and demand generation strategies
- Develop comprehensive plans to drive both short-term and long-term business growth within the assigned region
- Conduct strategy presentations, seminars, and regular team meetings to educate the sales team
- Review regional expenses and recommend cost improvements
- Work in the field alongside team members as required
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for demand generation and sales expansion
- Manage key accounts and relationships
- Monitor sales representative receivables and implement strategies to minimize outstanding balances
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Biological Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- B.Pharm qualification is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills
- Must reside in Port Harcourt
