Job Purpose
- Ensure Regional Offices operate optimally
- Recruit and manage Agent Managers and Agents
- Open customer accounts in line with KPIs
- Drive account and agent transactions for revenue generation and bank profitability
Key Responsibilities
- Create awareness of Hope PSBank products and services across the region
- Ensure Regional Sales Officers meet weekly and monthly targets for agent recruitment and account opening
- Oversee proper training of new agents before onboarding by branches
- Monitor and manage agent transactions across various locations
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure optimal product functionality
- Drive activity and usage of Hope PSBank accounts
- Initiate region-specific marketing and communication strategies to increase sales
- Manage ongoing marketing and promotional activities
- Supervise, monitor, and measure activities of Regional Staff
- Analyze performance data and develop action plans for improvement
- Research current industry and market trends to inform business improvements
- Ensure continued growth and success of the bank's agent network
- Train agents on new services introduced by the bank
- Perform any other duties as assigned
