## Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose

  • Ensure Regional Offices operate optimally
  • Recruit and manage Agent Managers and Agents
  • Open customer accounts in line with KPIs
  • Drive account and agent transactions for revenue generation and bank profitability

Key Responsibilities

  • Create awareness of Hope PSBank products and services across the region
  • Ensure Regional Sales Officers meet weekly and monthly targets for agent recruitment and account opening
  • Oversee proper training of new agents before onboarding by branches
  • Monitor and manage agent transactions across various locations
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure optimal product functionality
  • Drive activity and usage of Hope PSBank accounts
  • Initiate region-specific marketing and communication strategies to increase sales
  • Manage ongoing marketing and promotional activities
  • Supervise, monitor, and measure activities of Regional Staff
  • Analyze performance data and develop action plans for improvement
  • Research current industry and market trends to inform business improvements
  • Ensure continued growth and success of the bank's agent network
  • Train agents on new services introduced by the bank
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
