## Title: Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceuticals

About the Role

Global Organics Limited is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage the sales team, and achieve revenue targets within a specific geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish sales goals, forecast monthly/quarterly/annual targets, and develop strategic plans for regional growth
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals and conducting regular meetings to foster a high-performance culture
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, and key hospital accounts
  • Track and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies
  • Review regional expenses and manage budgets effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with proven experience in a similar managerial role
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of the local pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to interpret data and adapt strategies
