## Title: Regional Sales Manager - Renewable Energy

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive market growth for solar energy solutions and related products in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
  • Drive sales of solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems while building continuous market share growth
  • Track and analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies to improve performance

Channel Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Establish and maintain a strong network of dealers, distributors, EPCs, and wholesale partners in the assigned region
  • Identify and develop key accounts and project-based clients to ensure long-term business relationships
  • Guide and support partners with marketing campaigns and product training to enhance brand awareness and loyalty

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Collect competitor information, pricing strategies, and market demand insights to inform decision-making
  • Submit market research reports and provide recommendations for product and pricing optimization

Team Management & Training

  • Recruit, manage, and develop the regional sales team to improve execution and performance
  • Organize regular training on sales skills, product knowledge, and business negotiation to build a high-performance team

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred)

Experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • At least 3 years in regional sales of solar, inverters, lithium batteries, or home appliances/mobile phones
  • Experience with major industry brands will be considered a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to leverage existing sales channels and deliver quick results
