Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: -  Generate demand for assigned products across the territory -  Achieve sales targets and territory objectives aligned with commercial plans -  Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with key healthcare providers -  Execute sales strategies, tactical activity plans, and MCCP effectively -  Deliver personalized, value-based product messaging tailored to customer needs -  Conduct effective pre-call planning, handle objections, and secure commitments -  Analyze sales data and market trends to refine territory action plans -  Provide market insights to support customer segmentation, forecasting, and planning -  Collaborate with Sales, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams -  Maintain accurate activity records, pipeline updates, and engagement metrics Requirements: -  Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field -  Proven experience achieving territory sales targets -  Strong demand-generation and customer engagement skills -  Ability to execute omni-channel (face-to-face and virtual) engagements effectively -  Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and sales data -  Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills -  Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting -  Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities within a territory
