## Title: Regional Sales and Business Manager - West

About the Role

An established pharmaceutical company is recruiting for a Regional Sales and Business Manager position. You will play a key role in building strong, sustainable brands through effective hospital presence, promotion, and awareness creation amongst healthcare professionals in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage policies, performance standards, measurements, and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the regional sales team
  • Protect company assets and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Achieve and surpass regional sales and non-sales objectives
  • Contribute to the growth, development, organizational efficiency, and effectiveness of the company
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

Required Qualifications

  • B.Pharm, BSc, HND, or MSc in Biological Sciences, Human Health Sciences, or Animal Health Sciences
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Must be based in Kwara or Oyo
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive
