## Title: Regional Sales and Business Manager - West
About the Role
An established pharmaceutical company is recruiting for a Regional Sales and Business Manager position. You will play a key role in building strong, sustainable brands through effective hospital presence, promotion, and awareness creation amongst healthcare professionals in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage policies, performance standards, measurements, and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the regional sales team
- Protect company assets and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Achieve and surpass regional sales and non-sales objectives
- Contribute to the growth, development, organizational efficiency, and effectiveness of the company
- Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm, BSc, HND, or MSc in Biological Sciences, Human Health Sciences, or Animal Health Sciences
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
- Must be based in Kwara or Oyo
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
