Regional Project Manager - Rivers

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Regional Project Manager to support the delivery of FTTH projects across the region. In this role, you will oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region
• Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
• Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance
• Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable
• Knowledge of MS Project or Power BI
