Job Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing all front and back-end operations across multiple outlets. This role coordinates overall operations and ensures outlets function efficiently and effectively. The Regional Manager serves as the key interface between outlets and other departments including bakery, logistics, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and train outlet staff
• Establish outlet employee KPIs, schedules, and policies
• Ensure staff compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Manage all operations to the highest standards
• Design menus in collaboration with the Creative Director and ensure all outlets align with these menus
• Create reports regarding sales and productivity with recommendations
• Coordinate supplies ordering and delivery for store operations
• Conduct store visits to check on operations and compliance
• Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns
• Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant, bakery, or hospitality establishment
• Degree in Business Administration or hospitality-related field
• Management and financial management skills
• Strong leadership skills
