About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Regional Coordinator.

What You Bring

• Strong leadership, coordination, and programme management experience, preferably in health, NGO, or development settings
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage partnerships with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in resource mobilization and project implementation
• Commitment to rights-based, client-centered approaches in sexual and reproductive health

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Health, Development Studies, Registered Nurse/Midwife, or a related field (Master's degree preferred, such as MPH or MBA)
• Minimum of 8 years' progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity in an NGO (preferably in sexual and reproductive health)
• Familiarity with key national and international implementing, support, and donor organizations in sexual and reproductive health, especially those supporting management capacity development
• Demonstrated knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) issues, policies, and development frameworks in Nigeria

Key Competencies

• Strong people management skills
• Financial oversight and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency in computer skills, including presentation software
• Willingness to travel extensively within the North Central Region
