About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Regional Auto Maintenance Manager based in Abuja. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing regional operations, team performance, and strategic initiatives across multiple service locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate regional teams, including service managers and technicians, by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Ensure efficient and consistent operations across all locations, maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures
• Manage regional budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and costs, and implement strategies to achieve breakdown targets for the region
• Monitor, improve, and ensure quality service while addressing any fleet issues promptly
• Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with overall company goals, including breakdown targets, quality repair initiatives, and operational improvements
• Participate in the recruitment and training of regional staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Ensure all locations adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and company safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with upper management, regional teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Analyze fleet challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve performance and address issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum first degree in Mechanical Engineering or HND in a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Second degree or professional qualifications and training in auto mechanics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
