Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Sales Reconciliation

  • Oversee daily and weekly sales reconciliations from all restaurants in the region, ensuring POS-to-bank accuracy
  • Investigate shortages, overages, and timing gaps immediately
  • Review store-level cash handling practices and escalate irregularities or control breakdowns to Operations Leadership
  • Validate proper recording of promotions, discounts, loyalty redemptions, voids, and employee meals in compliance with QSR policy

Period Close & Financial Reporting

  • Provide targeted recommendations for cost optimization
  • Analyze restaurant P&Ls to identify underperforming units and create action plans for cost tightening, throughput improvement, and staffing efficiency
  • Monitor vendor invoice accuracy, contract pricing compliance, and credit/return processing for product shortages and damaged goods

Internal Controls & Compliance
