Region Business Manager at Adron Homes & Properties Limited

About the Role

Adron Homes & Properties Limited is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Business Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and ensure market leadership in the assigned territory. This role encompasses coordinating HR duties, administrative functions, and legal documentation within the region, while ensuring operational efficiency, effective people management, proper documentation, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all real estate operations within the assigned region
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales and operations team
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Prepare and present regular business reports to senior management
• Provide administrative oversight and ensure efficient day-to-day operations in the region
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of junior staff and Business Executives (BEs) to support regional growth
• Maintain proper filing systems and accurate record keeping for all HR and administrative documents
• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations affecting staff and operations
• Support employee relations, engagement, and performance management in line with company policies
• Act as the first point of contact for HCM and administrative matters within the region, escalating issues where necessary
• Prepare and submit periodic HR and administrative reports to WHCM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent international law degree
• Licensed to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior legal or general counsel role
• Demonstrated experience in multinational legal environments and cross-border matters
