About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. As a Refueler I, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and correct handling, storage, and movement of the Company's products, with a focus on refueling operations (planes, tanks, etc.) conducted in accordance with Company Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle, store, and move petroleum products safely in accordance with the Company's Quality Control and Operating Standards, including in-plane refuelling
• Service customers in a timely fashion and maintain Customer Service levels
• Maintain product quality to EM corporate, CAA, and industry standards; complete daily product quality checks
• Record all stock movement and sales accurately
• Operate Emergency Procedures correctly in the event of incidents
• Serve as the first point of contact with customers
• Prevent injuries, environmental, and other incidents within assigned area of control
• Implement Company Safety and Emergency Procedures
• Schedule planned work to ensure refueling is completed in a timely fashion
• Input all necessary data into the system to control sales transactions and product movement, including end-of-day reconciliation
• Maintain all necessary records on refueling and product quality activity
• Serve as first-line contact with outside departments and bodies including other Oil Companies, supply Terminals, Head Office, EM Aviation Sales Department, and Airport Authority
• Undertake special responsibilities when trained
• Demonstrate trained and competent maintenance of fueling and depot equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Trade qualification (preferred)
• Dangerous Goods Endorsement
• Heavy Trade License with hazardous goods and trailer endorsement
• Strong numeracy skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
