## Title: Recruiter

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, talent databases, networking, and referrals
  • Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit
  • Match candidates to suitable job openings and coordinate interview processes with clients
  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with up-to-date information
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor laws, labor market changes, and competitive salary benchmarks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build client relationships
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and online sourcing techniques
  • Ability to work on multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy
  • Consulting experience

Compensation

160,000–200,000
