## Title: Receptionist/Front Desk Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Receptionist/Front Desk Executive to join our team. This position serves as a key point of contact for our organization, managing front desk operations and providing professional support to customers and staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries, routing them to appropriate departments
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and board room
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with external and internal customers
- Liaise with Customer Support on fault resolutions and customer account reconciliation
- Engage customers over phone and direct them to the Customer Support Unit for prompt resolution
- Manage the organization's website chatbot and other inquiry channels
- Manage the organization's social media
- Manage the delivery of parcels and orders
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, or a related discipline from a reputable institution
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Front Office Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
