## Title: Receptionist/Front Desk Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Receptionist/Front Desk Executive to join our team. This position serves as a key point of contact for our organization, managing front desk operations and providing professional support to customers and staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries, routing them to appropriate departments
  • Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and board room
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with external and internal customers
  • Liaise with Customer Support on fault resolutions and customer account reconciliation
  • Engage customers over phone and direct them to the Customer Support Unit for prompt resolution
  • Manage the organization's website chatbot and other inquiry channels
  • Manage the organization's social media
  • Manage the delivery of parcels and orders
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, or a related discipline from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Front Office Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
