Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and efficiently
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests
• Upsell other services to guests
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and creativity
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and adherence to physical hygiene best practices
• Clear and reset tables for subsequent guests
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a waitress in a luxury restaurant or hotel
