Job Description - Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and efficiently. - Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests. - Upsell our other services to the guests. - Ensure professional and creative handling of guest requests. - Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and adherence to physical hygiene best practices. - Clear tables, reset them for the next guests. - Process payment and issue receipts. - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
