## Title: Receptionist

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our reception team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their stay
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Take reservations via phone, email, or in person
  • Confirm bookings and manage the reservation system
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
  • Resolve complaints and issues to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Process payments for rooms and other services
  • Handle billing and manage cash transactions
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
  • Degree in Hospitality (preferred)

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and manage multiple tasks during busy periods
  • Proficiency with computer systems and property management software
