## Title: Receptionist
Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently. The role includes handling incoming calls, visitor inquiries, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Itamope, Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing accurate information when required
- Manage front desk activities including correspondence, scheduling, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings
- Receive and distribute mails, deliveries, and packages promptly
- Provide administrative support to other departments when required
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Well-groomed, courteous, and presentable at all times
Compensation
N130,000 – N160,000 monthly
