## Title: Receptionist

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Receptionist.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Assist clients in finding their way around the office
  • Announce clients as necessary
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner, routing calls as needed
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying and clerical procedures
  • Help maintain workplace security
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist in a law firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Good time management skills
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Ability to contribute positively as part of a team and help with various tasks as required
