A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to provide maternity cover at our coworking space. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, update records, and support basic social media activities. There is a possibility of contract extension based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests professionally - Manage front desk operations, including calls, messages, and enquiries - Maintain and update client, visitor, and operational records accurately - Support basic management of the company’s social media accounts, including posting updates and responding to enquiries as required - Provide information about our services and facilities - Ensure the reception area is neat, presentable, and well-organized - Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Requirements: - Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification - Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service personnel is an advantage - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and record-keeping tools) - Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) is an added advantage - Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused Location Requirement: - Preferred candidates must reside in Anthony Village or its environs for ease of commute.
